ODMD Mentor and Buddy Program

ODMD helps new employees transition into the work force and is dedicated to helping develop career paths for our new hires. New candidates are assigned a Partner who mentors and advises them on their personal goals, individual achievements and areas in which to improve.  New employees receive invaluable real life experience from our professional and highly qualified senior professionals.

New employees are also assigned a senior staff person (a Buddy) who they can turn to for day to day questions, introduce them to other employees and to help with the transition into professional life.
